Shipping is free for orders in Italy.

For orders in the European Union, shipping is free for amounts equal to or greater than €250. For orders under €250, a shipping fee of €20 will be applied. Any shipping costs will be visible in the cart summary.

The jewelry you liked is temporarily out of stock. You can pre-order it before it becomes available by contacting us via customercare@reveli.it or WhatsApp, indicating the design and any color from our ETCH collection palette. We will assist you with all the steps to complete the order.

As it is a handcrafted work, the production time is approximately 3-4 weeks.

For a custom-made piece of jewelry, we require a 30% deposit at the time of the order. The full balance must be settled before delivery, once the work is completed. All payments are made via bank transfer. The order will be shipped immediately after the balance is credited.
