ACCOUNT

If you do not want to create an account with us, you have the option to checkout as a guest. 

However, if you register on reveli.it, you’ll enjoy the benefits such as 

  • review previous purchases
  • save your registration information so you can shop even quicker in future
  • request return directly from your account
  • add jewelry you love to your Wishlist.

We recommend you to follow simple steps below to keep your Réveli account secure.

  • Use a unique password on Réveli. 
  • Your password must include at least 8 characters, contain at least one uppercase letter and a number.
  • Do not use the same password on websites like Réveli and your email accounts.
  • Change your password from time to time. Although we don't force users to change their passwords after a while, it is recommended to update it periodically. 
  • If you believe that any of the online accounts you use on any website have been compromised, change your password.

The wishlist is a fantastic way to collect all desired items, save it for future reference and keep track of the availability of your personal must-have. 

When you add an item to your wishlist, you'll be automatically updated on status of favorite jewels: back in stock, the last piece or on sale. By choosing "my wishlist" from the "my account" menu, you may always access and modify a list of your desired items.

ORDERS

It is not necessary to be registered, you can always place your order as a guest.

Choose a category from the navigation menu or look through our options on the site to quickly view our catalog. Use our filters or the internet search function to find anything more specifically.

Each product page includes a description and available sizes. To enlarge and view all of the details, click on the product image.

Choose the desired jewelry size and click "Add to cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart.

After finishing your shopping, select the icon for your shopping bag.

Click "Checkout" after making sure the shopping bag contains everything you want.

Enter or choose your shipping address and billing address.

Choose a payment option, fill out the required information and select the shipment method

An email with your order confirmation will be sent to you shortly and as soon as the order ships, we will send you another email of confirmation.

Each product page lists the status of the item (in stock, shipping soon, or made-to-order), as well as the anticipated shipping date.


In Stock

An item you chose is available in our warehouse. The shipping time is usually 4-5 business days from the day of order. Please pay attention to the estimated "ships on" date listed on each product page, since this is the day it will leave our warehouse. 


Shipping soon

An item will be shortly in our warehouse and you can still buy it. When the item becomes available, your order will be added to the queue to be filled and dispatched. The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.


Made to order 

Since the item is being manufactured especially for you after your order has been placed, processing it may take a little longer. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.

We are eager to provide you with a fair opportunity so we cannot allow reservations.
We guarantee that placing an order on réveli.it  is secure. Your privacy is important to us, and we will process your personal data in accordance with GDPR legislation and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You can check the status of your order from the My Order Area. If you have an account with us, you can see all the details about your orders in "My Order." If you are not registered, you can still check the progress of your order by entering the Order Number that you received via email.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Please note that the package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

The jewelry you liked is temporarily out of stock. You can pre-order it before it becomes available by contacting us via customercare@reveli.it or WhatsApp, indicating the design and any color from our ETCH collection palette. We will assist you with all the steps to complete the order. 

As it is a handcrafted work, the production time is approximately 3-4 weeks. Please note that payment will be made at the time of the order via bank transfer.

PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

We also accept payment via bank transfer – kindly email us at customercare@reveli.it for bank transfer details.

Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

If you are experiencing issues at checkout, please do not hesitate to reach out and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please check you have fulfilled all the information related to the payment method you chose. If you chose to pay by Credit Card, please refer to your Credit Card provider in the first instance.
We only accept one form of payment for each order.

All relevant VAT, custom duties, sales taxes and other taxes are included in the prices of the products as listed on the website.

Réveli does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Réveli.

For a custom-made piece of jewelry, we require a 30% deposit at the time of the order. The full balance must be settled before delivery, once the work is completed. All payments are made via bank transfer. The order will be shipped immediately after the balance is credited.

At the moment, we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

DELIVERY

We deliver all our jewelry with DHL courier.

Nowadays we deliver to Italy and other EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden).

Kindly note that we do not deliver to hotels and post office boxes.


Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Yes, we do offer international shipping to cater to customers outside of Italy and the European Union. If you reside in a different country and would like to purchase our jewelry, please contact our customer service. We will be delighted to assist you with the international shipping process and provide all the necessary information for a secure and timely delivery.

There are no shipping costs for orders placed in Italy and for orders equal to or over 250.00€ for European Union countries. For orders of a lower amount a contribution of 20.00€ is required for European Union countries.

Orders shall be shipped from our warehouse from Monday to Friday from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Items ordered on the weekend and on holidays shall be processed on the following working day.

In-stock items will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours after the order confirmation date. Shipping of out-of-stock and made-to-order items is guaranteed within 3 weeks and, in any case, within 30 days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
Please get in touch with us within an hour of placing your order, and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes before your order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address on our end but you can follow steps to submit special delivery instructions to the shipping carrier.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can check the current status of your shipment.

There may be several reasons why it is impossible for us to ship your order. Here are some possible causes:

  • The ordered products are out of stock.
  • The address you specified is located in an area not covered by our delivery service.
  • You have specified a PO box as the delivery address. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to deliver orders to PO boxes, as it is necessary to sign at the time of collection.
  • During the purchase, the payment could not be processed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item within 14 days from receiving your order. All details are provided in the Return Policy.

The shipping costs of the return will be deducted from the refund. They are €10 for Italy and €20 for European Union countries.

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect we will bear the delivery fees for returning the item to be repaired, replaced or returned, as well as any costs to ship the repaired or replaced item back to you.

We remind you that it is possible to exchange an item purchased within 30 days for another Réveli product. An exchange is only possible once per order and is free of charge.

The items shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging without signs of wear, abrasions, scratches and with original tags and labels attached along with all accessories, gifts (if any) and related documents (e.g., instructions booklet, product certificates, etc.) if any, and undamaged box.
You may exchange a purchased item within thirty (30) days for another Réveli product. All details are provided in the Return Policy.

PRODUCT CARE AND MATERIALS

Our jewelry is designed in Milan and handcrafted by independent suppliers located in Italy. Here you will find everything about our production processes

Réveli jewelry is handmade with precious metals and gemstones in Italy. To preserve your jewelry’s beauty, perfect condition and durability, follow easy recommendations to keep it in perfect condition. 


Sterling silver tends to tarnish when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. To keep your jewelry at its shiny best, keep it away from excessive exposure to air. We recommend to store Réveli jewelry in its separate box to prevent from scratches and in a clean, dry place avoiding sources of high temperature and direct sunlight. 


It is optimal to avoid wearing your jewelry when engaging in following activities:

  • Swimming in pools, seas, oceans, bathing in thermal or volcanic waters, taking a shower amd washning your hands 
  • Doing household activities, gardening, preparing meals or washing dishes
  • Using fragrances, applying hair and body products as well as other cosmetics and lotion
  • Doing exercising at the gym or at home as wells as during contact sports
  • Sleeping to avoid accidental damage.
Our prices may be impacted by constantly changing factors such as disruptions in the world's supply chains, inflation and price changes of raw materials like precious metals and gemstones. We keep an eye on production factors and try our hardest to always provide you with high-quality jewelry at reasonable price.

We collaborate with leading artisans to produce handcrafted, long-lasting jewelry. We provide a two-year coverage because we are confident in the quality of our work. This means that if there is any damage to the jewelry's material or workmanship for a period of two year following the date of purchase, we will take care of it. Simply get in touch with us at customercare@reveli.it, and we'll work together to find a solution.


Kindly note the warranty does not apply to lost items, scratches and blemishes that come with normal wear and tear (for example a bent ring or broken chain), inappropriate usage, storage or any modifications done by a third party outside of Réveli.

While we can never be certain of your size without having physically measured your finger, we do have a few handy tricks that may help you determine either your ring sizer or the ring size of a loved one.
