To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your purchase by December 15th. We ship with DHL Express and offer free shipping throughout Italy. For custom-made items, orders must be placed by November 20th.
Yes, we ship to all countries within the European Union. For orders of €250.00 or more, shipping is free. For orders under €250.00, there is a shipping fee of €20.00. To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend completing your purchase by December 15th.
Gift cards are non-refundable. However, they are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used to buy any product in our shop, offering you maximum freedom of choice.
During the holiday season, our return period is extended: for all purchases made online between November 15th and December 31st, items can be returned until January 20th. The items must be unworn, unused, and returned with the original packaging. Refunds cannot be issued if there are signs of use, wear, or damage.
