SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Prices and VAT: All prices indicated on the website include VAT and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping costs and other taxes. Shipping costs (and the corresponding VAT or other taxes) will be clearly displayed on the screen before completing the order and will be confirmed in the order confirmation.
Payment Methods: We only accept the following payment methods for orders: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Clearpay, or Réveli Gift Card.
Shipping Countries: We accept orders for delivery in Italy and the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. Please note: we do not accept shipments to military addresses, pickup points, PO boxes, or special facilities.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders in Italy. For orders in the European Union, shipping is free for amounts equal to or greater than €250. For orders under €250, a shipping fee of €20 will be applied. Any shipping costs will be visible in the cart summary.
Ownership of Products: Until payment is made in full, the ordered product(s) remain our property.
Verification Upon Delivery: Upon delivery of the products by the selected carrier, the customer or their representative must verify that the number of delivered packages matches the one indicated on the delivery note, and that the packages and seals are intact, undamaged, dry, and unaltered. It is necessary to check that the shipped products match the characteristics described in the order confirmation and are not incomplete. A signature, either handwritten or electronic, from the customer or another person present at the delivery address will be required as confirmation of delivery. Once delivery has occurred, the risk and responsibility for the ordered product(s) are transferred to the customer.
Shipping Times: Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed starting the next business day. Orders for items already available in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Shipments for temporarily out-of-stock items or made to order will be guaranteed within 3 weeks and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of contract conclusion.
Delivery Delays: During certain times of the year, delays in delivery may occur due to organizational reasons or staff shortages; such changes will be communicated via email. If delivery does not occur within 30 days or by the agreed-upon deadline, you may request an extension. If delivery still does not occur within that extended period, you may terminate the contract and obtain a refund. Upon delivery, please verify the correspondence and integrity of the products. A signature will be required to confirm receipt.
