In accordance with (EU) Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”, general provisions concerning the protection of physical persons relating to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data), this Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.reveli.it (“Website”) and describes the use of other tools (e.g. social media, cookies, etc.), in compliance with the regulation cited above and with the principle of transparency stipulated in art. 5 of the GDPR.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA 

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your type of computer operating system, web browser, IP address and/or mobile device identifier, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with the Website. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, surname, nationality, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number, and any other personal data provided by the data subject in relation to the provision of our services.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.” 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

COLLECTION INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

When a child accesses and interacts with our Website, we may collect certain information about those visits. The information we collect includes the type of computer operationg system, IP address and/or mobile device identifier, web browser type, content viewd, the frequency with which the child visits various parts of our Website, information regarding the online or mobile service provider, and cookie ID. We do not collect registration information from children on the site.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  

Additionally, we use this Order Information to сommunicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We shares certain Personal Information with shipping company, credit card processing company, payment service provider(s), email service provider(s) and other third parties necessary to fulfil an order placed through the Services. We may share Personal Information and other information we collect with our Service Providers and other third parties in connection with our marketing and business development efforts. 

These third parties are contractually or otherwise legally prohibited from using your Personal Information for promotional purposes or from selling your Personal Information. These third-party service providers may have access to information about you if it is needed to perform their functions for us, but they are not authorized by us to use or disclose such information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements, and they are required to maintain the information in confidence.

We share certain information (such as device, analytics, and Usage Data) for purposes of better understanding the usage of the Services by you and improving on that experience.

We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.  

We may disclose personal data where required by law or where disclosure may be needed to protect the Data Controller’s rights and/or to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders, a request by a legislator or any other legal procedure to which the Data Controller is subject.

DATA STORAGE

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as is reasonable or appropriate for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary or reasonable to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

When you place an order through the Website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SECURITY

We place a high priority on the security of the personal data we gather. In order to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, unauthorized access, or other violations, we have implemented the necessary security measures; however, you should be aware that Internet data transmission is not always secure, and we cannot guarantee that any of the above mentioned events will not occur.

YOUR RIGHTS

The data subjects may exercise the following rights with respect to their personal data:

Right to access, rectification and erasure: you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You have the right to obtain information on the Data processed by the Data Controller, on certain aspects of processing, and to receive a copy of the Data processed. Right to withdraw consent: at any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. If you wish to stop receiving electronic marketing communications, you can contact us directly at the address: customercare@reveli.it.

You may opt out of receiving marketing or other communications from us at any time by following the opt-out link or other unsubscribe instructions provided in any email message received, or by writing at customercare@reveli.it. 

Right to restriction of processing: under certain conditions, you can request the limitation of the processing of your Data. In this case, the Data Controller will not process the data for any other reason than its preservation.

Right to data portability: you have the right to receive your Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and, where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer of this Data without hindrance to another data controller. This provision is applicable if the Data is processed with automated tools and the processing carried out is based on consent or a contract.

Right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes: you have the right to object to such processing at any time and the Data Controller must discontinue such processing of the data.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: if you consider that the processing of your personal information infringes applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data or with any other competent supervisory authority.

At any moment, you can exercise your rights as described above in written form, by sending a registered letter (with acknowledgement of receipt) to the company G.A.S.P. lab srl, legal office in Gorgonzola (Milan) Italy, via Trieste n. 42, or, alternatively, via electronic post to the email address customercare@reveli.it, or to the certified email address gasplab@legalmail.it. Requests are handled free of charge and processed by the Data Controller within the shortest period possible, and in any case within one month.

THE RIGHTS OF MINORS

We recognize the particular importance of protecting privacywhere children are involved. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children.

By creating your Réveli account, you confirm that you have reached the age of consent in your country of residence. If a child under the age of consent has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian may contact us by emailing us at privacy@reveli.it. We will remove the information from our records and unsubscribe the child from any of our electronic lists.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example to comply with new requirements imposed by applicable laws or technical requirements.
