RETURN POLICY

RETURN PROCEDURE

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered products. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to personalized or custom-made items. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Procedure

To make a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Return Request: Write your request to customercare@reveli.it with the subject line: “Return Order No.” within 14 days of receiving your order. Specify your full name, order confirmation number, and the code(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions.
  2. Authorization: Once your request is received and approved, we will send you a confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Number. This email must be printed and attached to the package with the item(s) you are returning.
  3. Return Label: Print the prepaid label attached to the email and affix it to the box, completely covering the previous label.
  4. Pick-up: We will arrange the pick-up with the courier at the times and place agreed upon in the email.
  5. Return: You must return the items within 14 days from the date you communicated your decision.

Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund (€10 for Italy and €20 for EU countries). Previous shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund

Once the items are received, we will carefully verify them. The verification process may take 3 to 4 business days. After confirming that the items show no signs of use, wear, or damage, we will issue the refund as soon as possible, directly to the payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency. You will see the credit on your account within approximately one week from our refund request, depending on banking procedures.

You can choose another courier for the return delivery, but in this case, you assume the risks of the return and the shipping costs will be entirely at your expense, as well as the shipment tracking. After verifying the items, we will issue the full refund as soon as possible.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

You can exchange a purchased item within 30 days with another Réveli product. An exchange is possible only once per order and is free of charge. Exchanges are accepted in all the following cases, provided it is not a personalized or custom-made item:

  • Exchange for another size or color variant of the same model ordered, or for a new design of equal or higher value, if available in stock. We do not accept exchanges for items of lower value.
  • Receipt of an item with manufacturing defects.

  2. Authorization: After receiving your email, we will check the availability of the desired item for the exchange and, if available, approve your request. We will send you a confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Number and the Exchange Confirmation. These documents must be printed and attached to the package with the items to be exchanged.
  3. Price Difference: In case of an exchange for a more expensive product, you will need to pay the price difference.
  4. Exchange Label: Print the prepaid label attached to the email and affix it to the box, completely covering the previous label.
  5. Pick-up: We will arrange the pick-up with the courier at the times and place agreed upon in the email.
  6. Return: You must return the items within 30 days from the date you communicated your decision.

Once the items are received, we will carefully verify them. The verification process may take 3 to 4 business days. After confirming that the items show no signs of use, wear, or damage, we will prepare the desired item indicated in the exchange confirmation form. A new package will be sent to the address indicated in the return and exchange form, or to the address provided at the time of order if the previous one is invalid.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Products must be returned in their original condition: unaltered, unused, undamaged, in the original packaging without signs of wear, abrasions, scratches, and with the original tags attached along with all related accessories, gifts (if any), and relevant documentation (e.g., instruction booklet, product certificates, etc.). If upon verification the items are found to be used or damaged, you may choose:

  • To accept a reduction of the refund, equal to the decrease in value of the returned products.
  • To take back the purchased products.

Rejected items will be sent back at your expense to the address indicated in the return and exchange form, or to the address provided at the time of order. The return will take place within 30 days from the date we communicated the rejection of the returned products, unless an event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances occurs. In case of refusal to receive the return of the items, we will retain the product and the amount equal to the decrease in value of the returned product. Please note that we do not refund in case of theft or loss of the item during the return.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If you believe the item has manufacturing defects, contact our Customer Service at customercare@reveli.it within 24 hours, providing the order number, your name, and the order date, and attaching one or more photographs highlighting the defect. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, discrepancies in the number of packages, or the indications caused during transportation must be immediately reported by placing a written reservation on the courier's delivery proof. Once the courier's document is signed, it will no longer be possible to dispute the external characteristics of the delivered goods.

If you request repair, replacement, or return of a product due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs for the return of the item to be repaired, replaced, or returned, as well as any costs to resend the repaired or replaced product. Please note that damages, alterations, or modifications to the product caused by you are not considered manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. For example: damages caused by prolonged use, wear over time, improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Similarly, slight variations in enamel color, the presence of inclusions in stones, or variations in the final appearance are inherent to the product and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
